summer days to the dogs

The summer nights fade into fall, the days have gone to the dogs for a last minute swim before the park pools close. The golden leaf wreath hangs again on the door. The red geranium refuses to stop blooming before the seasonal cold sets in. Welcome fall, I’m glad you’re here.
