I just got into contortion and I haven’t really started anything, I used to be a gymnast but that was a while ago. SO is this for everyone or experienced contortionist?

Hey Chris,
Circus Harmony, located at the City Museum in downtown St. Louis, offers contortion as part of their circus training. They have a special teacher in from Mongolia teaching the course. Here is more info http://www.circusharmony.org.
